I agree! Now trying e-business through woodland direct.
Came without parts, no installation instructions and no access for a manual valve, although they sell that way. Called comapny and they were rude and said it’s on you. That they sell the pot and it is up to your installer. The way the pit is designed, you have to install the off/on valve outside the pit.
No access panels or base.
Not for existing installations. No way even to send the gas hose through the bowl for an external mount.
